Plugins
Plugins are small programs wich provide YiffIndex with additional functionality. After downloading, just extract them to the "plugins"-directory of YiffIndex, either in the install-directory or in the .YiffIndex-subfolder in your home directory. They're then aviable through the plugin browser.

This Plugin is meant for plugin developers. It shows how to support multiple languages through the language functionality of YiffIndex and how to access its classes. It's very basic and just displays the number of indexed images in your database. The code is heavely documented and serves as a HowTo for plugin developers.

Artist Alias Completion
This plugin adds the aliases of different artists to their nicks to avoid having the pictures of the same artist tagged with different nicks.
The list of the aliases is incomplete, currently there are 133 artists in it.
Warning: Should an artist have the same nick as one in the plugin (case-insensitive), while being a different person, the aliases will be added nonetheless.
